Order Collection and Delivery
Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been collected from our store or delivered to your location. We encourage you to carefully review your order details before finalizing your purchase to ensure accuracy.
Order Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel your order, refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- For non-themed cakes and cupcakes, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date.
- For themed or logo cakes and cupcakes, a full refund will be provided if cancellation is requested at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you encounter any issues with the quality or appearance of your order, please contact us immediately at the details provided below. While we cannot accept returns for delivered items, we will do our best to address any concerns and may offer replacements, discounts, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
