At Aroma Cake Express, we are committed to ensuring that your cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and desserts arrive safely, on time, and in perfect condition. This Shipping & Delivery Policy provides detailed information about our delivery methods, in-store pickup, and related procedures.

Local Delivery

We offer convenient local delivery for customers in and around Trenton. Our delivery hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Once your order is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email one day prior to delivery, including a two-hour delivery window.

Our delivery team handles each order with care to ensure your baked goods arrive fresh and intact. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order during the designated delivery window to avoid rescheduling delays.

In-Store Pickup

Customers also have the option to skip delivery charges by selecting our free local pickup service directly from our kitchen. After placing your order and choosing local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection on the date you selected.

We will notify you via email when your order is ready, along with detailed pickup instructions. Please present your order confirmation email at the time of collection to ensure a smooth pickup process. This method is ideal for customers who prefer to personally collect their orders or need them immediately.

International Shipping

Currently, Aroma Cake Express does not offer international shipping. All orders must be collected locally or delivered within our service area. We are continuously reviewing our logistics capabilities and may expand shipping options in the future.

Order Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations. Please note that due to the perishable nature of our items:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been collected or delivered.
• If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued under the following conditions:
  • For non-themed cakes and cupcakes: Cancellation requested at least 5 working days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date.
  • For themed or logo cakes and cupcakes: Cancellation requested at least 7 working days prior to the scheduled collection or delivery date.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
